Postby Dommartinez on Thu Oct 15, 2009 4:50 pm

My client is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Financials Project Manager that has previously implemented in Japan. It is a pre-requsite that you speak Japanese and only those candidates will be considered.

Working to a template, you will be responsible for implementing PeopleSoft Financials V9, working towards set deadlines and timescales, which must be adhered to.

You will have solid organisation and communication skills as this role demands that you engage with various personnel, including stakeholders, across Japan, UK and the US.

As part of a PeopleSoft global rollout, you will be responsible for a team of on-site Consultants that will be tasked in the delivery of PeopleSoft into Japan but with assistance and reporting lines located in the US and Europe.

You will be required to hold weekly project team and Project Management meetings and be able to develop and deliver reports to the relevant Management team.

You will also oversee the training, change and education of the new users

You must be able to speak Japanese and have worked not only in Japan but be familiar with delivering projects for other Western companies.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum Methodology would be an advantage
